Donna A. S. Leon, M.S.CIS, M.Ac., L.Ac.
Licensed Acupuncturist: Donna holds a Masters of Acupuncture degree and is licensed to practice eastern medicine by the Board of Medicine in Massachusetts. Donna is a Reiki Master and has obtained certifications in 'Clean Needle Technique' by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, 'Acupuncture Detox Specialist' by the National Acupuncture Detox Association and 'National Board Certification' by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She treats patients in Littleton, Lunenburg and in their homes. She has also treated nursing and administrative staff at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer and at the LaChance Center in Gardner. Donna retains her acupuncture community ties and developing education by participating in and organizing annual training retreats for 5 Element Acupuncturists.
Neurofeedback Trainer: Donna studied with the world renowned neurofeedback trainer Dr. Thompson of the ADD Centre in Canada. She trains executives and leaders in business, serious sports athletes, accomplished and developing musicians and dedicated people. This training is to achieve an enhanced ability to focus and remain calm, thereby reducing physiological resources. Many trainees find that they are more able to live in 'the zone' while they are practicing their profession. Donna uses the same industry leading software and equipment from Thought Technologies as the Canadian Winter Olympic team used in 2010 for their "Own the Podium" initiative.
Business Trainer: Donna obtained a Masters of Science from the University of Miami. Donna's prior career spanned nearly two decades in corporate America. She retired as a Vice President in a large company. She brings a strong knowledge of managing at all levels and she has trained for over a decade in various venues. Blending her two Masters degrees, her executive experience in the professional corporate world and her private medical practice skills, Donna is a uniquely-qualified teacher.
