Neurofeedback Training: Live "In The Zone"
OLYMPIC GOLD
OWN THE PODIUM in the 2010 Olympics was Canada's top secret initiative. The biggest secret was the use of the latest in high-tech training in neurofeedback to train athletes to develop the ability to rapidly switch between a relaxed state and a super-focused state without wasting any physiological resources. This was instrumental in enabling Alexander Bilodeau to be the first gold for Canada in the Mens' Freestyle Moguls. The equipment they used was from industry leading Thought Technology and their trainer was trained by doctors and authors Thompson of the ADD Centre.
I use the same equipment and was trained by the same world famous industry leaders. The Italian World Champion Soccer Team, professional golfers and high level executives have also used this unique training that naturally informs you how to reduce anxiety and relax into the moment while staying focused and productive.
This established technique involves the use of a computer and sensors which provide you with immediate feedback of information about your brain waves. At first, people can't consciously control their brain wave patterns. But over time, their brains become conditioned to associate certain patterns with being able to move the image on the screen - a reward for good behavior. And ... our brains like rewards!
Sessions: You sit in a chair facing a monitor. The computer is connected to sensors applied to your scalp. EEG software monitors the electrical activity in your brain. It looks for desirable brain wave patterns and changes the image on the screen to let you know how you are doing. My technology offers multiple screens and music selections. Some screen examples are: darts, bowling(pictured above) and flying an airplane.
Results: You are given initial and final EEG assessments and standardized evaluations. I closely monitor each training session and tailor session performance levels to meet your training goals. All session data is saved and graphed to show your progress.
